The Sebastopol Kitchen Remodel
We designed this kitchen for a customer in Graton just outside Sebastopol.
The original kitchen was dated with a bad layout so we designed the new kitchen to have all the amenities the owner requested and we even had space to make a walk in pantry with a roof light tube. We opened it from a closed in box to the rest of the home with higher ceilings and removing a wall. In earlier work for these customers we built a deck, pergola and new trim through out.

The Bodega Harbor Home Remodel
We designed this home remodel for customers in the Bodega Harbor subdivision just outside Bodega on the coast.
We designed this project with the customers over the internet and drafted the plans for permits. We had to take the existing home down to the floor but re-used every stick of lumber and insulated the home so it could basiclly be heated with a candle. We also built an artist studio for these excellent customers, who put in a lot of sweat equity, an enjoyable experience for all of us.
The Sebastopol Home Remodel
We designed this home remodel for a professor from the UC Davis Campus. This project was near Freestone.
The deck for this project was featured in "Woman's Day Magazine". We designed and drafted the plans for this project with an over the top master bath and worked with the wonderful customers to get everything they wanted for their dream home on the Pacific coast. They were transferred to Arizona but I'm happy to say they made a great profit even in a down market and it sold in less than a week.
